-the output of material did increase but less working land because of the protests

Summary
One of the first things that Stalin did was collectivization. He ned more food to feed the factory workers and this is how he planned to do that but not all the farmers agreed.

Would collectivization have been more affective if they had used those who opposed Stalin to work the farms and this who didn't to work the factories?
