-The peasants are getting upset with the Royal family (Tzar)
-they were given a decom but they didn't have much say
-People really unhappy to fight world war 1 and theres starvation
-Began with riots and strikes in Petrograd
-Revolution ousted the Tzar (Feb/March)
-two riots but the first just got rid of Tzar second
-Aimed to replace him with a provisional government
-Diarchy ensues
-St. Petersburg- to Petrograd during WW1- lenograd- St. Petersburg
